Instructor-Led TrainingWe offer an instructor who is a rare bird: a strong communicator with deep technical skills who routinely receives enthusiastic reviews from our clients. Our instructor-led training is either in-person at your facility or via webinar. The course materials can be either off-the-shelf curriculum or custom courses that we develop for you.
Custom CoursesWe have been developing custom course materials for our clients for many years. We offer custom course development either on the systems that we build and implement, or on your existing systems. We can deliver custom instructor-led course materials, as well as video-based training and hybrid courses using instructor-led and online materials.
Video TrainingWe develop training videos to your specification (or work with you to determine what that specification should be). We use professional-quality equipment and the same software that is used by Hollywood studios. The videos we produce for you can comprise live action, moving screen captures, animations, or a blend of all three. If you use a learning management system (LMS), we can deliver course materials in a format (SCORM) that is ready for upload to your server.
Knowledge TransferWe can work with your staff to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge either via formal training or one-on-one tuition. Our goal is to help your organization autonomously support its own systems.
